Sleep, weight loss
I did, eventually, get to sleep last night. Woke up around 1 PM, decided it was too late to go to the gym, making two no-gym days in a row (and I won’t be going tomorrow or Sunday either), but the scale in my bathroom says I lost another half-pound anyway. This brings me down to where I was about a year ago, but I still have 18 pounds to go to get to what the malfunctioning (and therefore untrustworthy) scale at the gym said I weighed at what, if I could trust the old gym scale, would have been my lowest adult weight in August of 2000, that in turn being about 70 pounds more than I think I want to weigh. If writing unwieldy sentences was a form of aerobic exercise, weight loss would be a snap.
I should go to Games Club tonight; I need to be more social.
The seekrit painting arrived at UPS’s Rockford Air Hub in Illinois at 8:16 this morning. This is so cool; I remember when I was having a package shipped to me at Crossover/UnGames, and I was tracking it practically neighborhood by neighborhood as it moved through Manhattan.
