Heavyhands, week 6, day 3

  • Weight: 268
  • Walked for 32 minutes, doing four sets of 50 reps of flyes, lifts, and overheads, with 1-lb weights. A couple of times I lost track and did more than 50 reps.
  • Forgot to wear heartrate monitor.
