BFL, week 3, day 2: cardio

It’s taken me only two days to shed the four pounds I gained on Saturday. It was probably mostly water-soaked carbs.


Weight: 268
Usual cardio routine, on elliptical cross-trainer. Noticed I was doing about mid-40s rpms most of the time, up to high-40s, low-50s for level 9 effort (level 16 resistance), up into 60s for the attempt at level 10 effort (down to level 6 resistance), which still didn’t feel like a 10, but I think it’ll do for now.


I also seem to be recovering more quickly from my exertions.
