BFL, week 4, day 2: cardio


Weight: 269.5
First set stayed in low-to-mid 40 rpms, up into 50s for peak. Later sets stayed in mid-to-high 40s. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). For big peak, lowered resistance to 6, pumped up to around 70 rpms. Heart rate seemed to be staying in 140s most of time, up into 150s for peaks. Didn’t see the 160s I was seeing a couple of weeks ago, which probably means my body is getting used to working harder, cardiovascular system getting healthier. Or I’m somehow slacking.
