BFL, week 7, day 4: cardio


Weight: 267
Stayed in low to mid 50 rpms, up into high 50s to low 60s for peak. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to 70-75 rpms, saw heart rate go as high as 178!
