BFL, week 9, day 3: cardio


Weight: 262
Stayed in high 40s to mid 50s rpms, up into high 50s to mid 60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to around 70 rpms, saw heart rate go as high as 172.
