Weight: 262.5
Stayed in low 40s to high 50s rpms, up into high 50s to high 60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 7-12-17-17. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 12 for big peak, pumped up to mid 70s. I didn’t see my heart rate go above 170, and I’m not even sure it went that high.
