CD Buying Spree!

NY Central Art Supply rocks! I went back today and found that they have the large size Niji waterbrush that I’ve been hunting for months!

Then (after having some shrimp curry noodle soup) I made my way down to Virgin Records to see if I could hunt up a copy of whatever Rufus Wainright album might have “Hallelujah” on it, because this was before I checked the IMDB’s entry on Shrek (see below). What I found instead was a whole bunch of CDs on sale for eights bucks a pop, and prompty bought:

• Simon & Garfunkel’s Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme and Sounds of Silence
• The Clash’s London Calling
• Ben Folds Five’s Whatever and Ever Amen
• Robert Johnson’s King of the Delta Blues Singers

The Rufus Wainright cover of Hallelujah is on the Shrek album I believe, because I seem to remember being mad that it wasn't the John Cale.
