Just the built-in memo pad program. Each day's entry is a new line. I use the "ds" shortcut (date stamp) to get the current date, enter a tab, then the weight. Each year is a separate memo.
I do use the freeware Bookmark DA to get to the current year's memo quickly. I also use EasyLaunch as my DA launcher (it'll also launch apps and prefs), and X-Master as my hack manager. All freeware.
I have issues with weight as well- I'm prob about 30 lbs overweight, all gained after I quit smoking 3 years ago. I'll tackle all that by next spring though. How much are you trying to lose?
All of it. I'm trying to ascend to pure energy beingness. Then I'll use my godlike powers to bring about world peace, end hunger and disease, and get Invader Zim renewed.
Actually, I'm trying to get down to somewhere in the vicinity of my ideal weight for my height, which should be somewhere in the 180-200 range. I weighed 296.5 on Jan 1st, when I decided that this would be The Year Of Major Weight Loss, and had whittled myself down to 292 by the end of February, when I got a full-time contract job that made me really depressed. By the middle of April, when the job ended, I was up to 302.
