Peach-head

[ peach-head ] I haven’t shaved my head in over a week. My hair’s grown out to a millimeter or two, long enough to make it a pain to shave, leading to a self-reinforcing state. I’ll probably go in with the beard trimmer and take it down some time in the next few days, but till then it’s kind of soft and furry, like a very big peach or a very round shorthair cat.

Your description (and illo) remind me of Fielder the cat's tummy, now that it's been shaved for the feeding tube. It feels like warm velvet. Bet your head does too.

BTW, I haven't forgotten you -- will be sending you mail and stuff soon. If you've been reading my journal, you'll know I've had a hell of a bad week here with the stress of Fielder in intensive care. I need to catch up (and get myself roused from my unending migraine to get to the point where I can catch up) this weekend.

The peach illo cracks me up. It looks so intellectual and be-boppin. "Yeah, man, I've been groovin' on Sartre all week. Man, that cat could wail!"

or sumpin, I dunno.

Peach Illo for Userpic! Peach Illo for Userpic!

Nice toon, but it's kind of sad that Q doesn't read LJs as often as she should. She'd get a kick out of this.
How was GC? My Monday exam has largely devoured my brain and time.
