X-Men sequel

Probably old news to the die-hards, but I just saw the trailer for the second X-Men movie on Apple’s website, and there are brief glimpses in there of a long-time comics mutant who wasn’t in the first film.

It’s Nightcrawler! He was my fave when I used to follow the book regularly in high school. You can see the tail quite clearly in the top screenshot, the blue face in the second, and the three-fingered hands in the bottom one. The middle shot might just even be a second or two after he’s bamfed.

I saw the trailer at The Two Towers the first time. I was surprised at how instantaneous a reaction it got from a large chunk of the audience.

Looks like a fun flick.
