Climate is what you expect, weather is what you have to shovel off your driveway
Should have done this yesterday, but slept too late. I’ll only get in two workouts this week, since drcpunk’s
- Weight: 279
- Dumbbell squats: 3 sets of 15 with 15-lb weights.
- Dumbbell straight-leg deadlifts: 3 sets of 15 with 21-lb weights. My hands are getting stronger.
- Single-leg calf raises: 3 sets of 15, with a 9-lb weight. Sense of balance seems to be improving, or something. Maybe I’m just figuring out the best spots on the step to plant my feet.
- Ab crunches: 2 sets of 20 Hot Point crunches, 1 set of 20 penguin crunches. I pulled myself a bit higher than usual on the penguins. No cramps yet.
There’s still lots of snow on the ground. The forecast says we might get decent weather (mid-fifties, cloudy) on Thursday. Fucking stochastic life-support system.
(Actually, it’s my landlord’s driveway, so he gets to shovel.)
