BFL, week 10, day 3: cardio


Weight: 267
Stayed in high 40s to high 50s rpms, up into mid 60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to low 70s rpms, saw heart rate go as high as 174.
