BFL, week 12, day 1: cardio

I dunno if this is properly Body For Life, since I think I’m trying the all-cardio thing this week.


Weight: 262.5
Stayed in high 40s to low 50s rpms, up into 60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to high 60s/low 70s, saw heart rate go as high as 182.
