Weight: 259.5
Stayed in 50s for first few round, dropped into 40s for most of the rest of the workout, up into mid-60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Finished all 20 minutes. Heart rate got as high as 187.
