Workout
My arms still hurt a bit yesterday, which I took as a sign that my muscles needed more than one day’s recovery between workouts. Also, I discovered that I had my weights set to 12 pounds on Monday, not 9 as I’d thought.
Weight: I didn’t weigh myself today, but I was 302.5 on Tuesday.
- 1 set of 20 Dumbbell Curls with 12-lb dumbbells.
- 1 set of 20 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses with 12-lb dumbbells.
- 1 set of 20 Triceps Extensions with a 12-lb dumbbell.
The triceps extensions seemed a lot more difficult today, probably because I’d done the shoulder presses beforehand.
Lemme tell ya, picking up my five-pound laptop right after, it felt like it weighed nothing.
