More PETA art

I don’t know what it is about this PETA thing that has me doing artwork, but I’m happy for the inspiration. This chicken is my favorite.

I skipped workout today; I woke up pretty late and wanted to get up and be about. I’ve been meaning to switch over to a Mon-Wed-Fri schedule anyway.

I haven’t started Atkins yet. I need to see a doctor first, get my blood sugar and cholesterol measured. That means getting a new doctor, since my last one is in Brooklyn, and I didn’t like him anyway. Delays, delays. My parents are a week into Atkins, and like it. My dad’s doctor told him to just to the two-week Induction phase, but my mother says she’s going to stick with it. She’s lost a few pounds, and says she feels lots more energetic.
