Incompetent NetSol

Games Club was a bit on the dull side, lots of the usuals not there. I played Quiddler (tied for first, best I’ve done so far at that game) and got my ass handed to me in Kahuna.
Meanwhile, I’m much pissed at NetSol/Verisign/whatever. One of my domains expires at the end of March, and I’ve been trying to transfer it over to a competent registrar. Problem: I neglected to change the email address for the admin contact when I changed ISPs a while back, so the email notification I need to respond to is going to a non-existent account. And right about the time I realized this, NetSol instituted a new username-password scheme that involved them snail-mailing me my username and password in separate envelopes, months apart! I managed to get this straightened out over the phone last week (and the guy I spoke to on the phone was very helpful), and have usernames and passwords for my account, and entered new info, but today I find out that, over a week later, the old address is still listed in their whois database! What the fuck?!
So today I jumped through a different set of hoops which I’m hoping will get the info updated. I’m really looking forward to the day when I never have to deal with these bozos again.
