Weight: 266.5
Stayed in high 40s to high 50s rpms, up into mid 60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to high 60s/low 70s, saw heart rate go as high as 182! Briefly felt stitch in my side around minute 16 or so, but just kept going and it went away.
