A Kentucky high school student has been arrested for writing a zombie story in his journal. The headline describes the story as “terroristic threatening”. Five or six years ago they’d probably have described it as “goth-style threatening”.

"Even so, police say the nature of the story makes it a felony. "Anytime you make any threat or possess matter involving a school or function it's a felony in the state of Kentucky," said Winchester Police detective Steven Caudill."

So everyone in KY who has a tape or DVD of any episode of seasons 1-3 of BtVS (or countless other tv shows/movies) is a felon? (Of course, as stated, a receiving a postcard urging you to approve a school budget would qualify, but I know that's not what the officer meant.)

Now I've got the desert eagle. Ho ho ho.

Wow, I have several stories in which I gleefully kill all of my zombified classmates and teachers, dating from high school through undergrad.

I guess I am prime terrorist material.
