Today, at the gym, a total stranger came up to me and asked if I’d been the same guy who used to go regularly a while ago, and used to have long hair worn in a ponytail, and said I looked like I’d lost some weight. That hasn’t happened in a while.

I don’t much see the weight loss myself, at least not through my clothes.

I’m going to head off into Manhattan soon for RASSEFF, but I’m finishing off the last of the green beans and salmon first. All the tiny little bones kinda piss me off, but mmmm, salmon!
