PHP and waxy pencil

Yesss!! I’ve got Apache up and running, I’ve got PHP working, I’ve got my kickass development environment going again!
Jaguar has some differences in its firewall setup that I hadn’t noticed at first that were keeping me from being able to serve pages from my laptop. (I’ve got it set up so it’ll only serve them to the laptop as well — when they’re ready for public view I upload them to a public server.) The httpd.conf file that comes with Jaguar is missing a few lines necessary for getting PHP working. I added them in by hand, but PHP still wouldn’t run, not even after I restarted Apache. But today it’s running, so maybe I just needed to reboot.
This is prep work for getting my various domains and websites centralized on Blogomania. I’m going to be moving the hosting and registration for grumer.org over there soon, and that’s not only the domain I use for email, it’s also where I’m keeping the image files I post here, so there may be some instability there for a few days.
I picked up a new pencil at Pearl today — a General’s “Wet-Proof” 881, supposedly water-resistant so you can use watercolors over it without having to spray fixative all over the pencil drawing first. Seems to work; probably just a greasy or waxy graphite mix. I should have gone darker in the pencil sketch.
