<sigh> Didn’t go to the gym. Went grocery shopping instead. Fruit, veggies, Cheerios, lean ground beef, salmon patties, protein bars. Juice and seltzer. Some milk (2%), which I rarely buy, but I’ll try small servings of cereal with strawberries and bananas instead of my usual massive servings of cereal. I’m going to let the current supplies of bread, cheese, cold cuts, and hot dogs run out without replacing them. Oh, also multivitamins and St. John’s wort, the latter just to see if I can discern any effect now that I’m more sensitive to my moods.

Gym tomorrow! Full workout, weights and everything! Hours of grunting and sweating! Days of aches and twinges after! This time for sure! (Oh, gotta remember to replace the batteries in my Walkman.)
