It's fucking cold again!
Feb. 16th, 2003 04:02 pm11° now, blizzard conditions expected tomorrow. The sooner we get this whole winter thing over with, the happier I’ll be.
- Weight: 282 again, dammit!
- Squats: 3 sets of 15, first set with 9lb weights, other two with 12lb.
- Stiff-legged deadlifts: 3 sets of 15, 15lb weights.
- Ab crunches: 2 sets of 15, then I cramped up. Noticed afterwards that I’m only supposed to do up to 12 reps in a set.
- Single-legged calf raises: Full 3 sets of 15, hurrah! I can actually imagine doing these with weights at some point.
In other news, I’ve starting posting to my weblog again.
