- Dumbbell bench press: 1 set of 15 with 15-lb weights, 2 sets of 15 with 18-lb weights.
- Upright row: New exercise. 1 set of 15 with 9-lb weights, 2 sets of 15 with 12-lb weights.
- One-arm row: 1 set of 15 with 12-lb weight, 2 sets of 10 with 15-lb weight.
- One-arm triceps extension: New exercise. 1 set of 15 reps with 6-lb weight, 1 set of 15 with 9-lb weight, 1 set of 10 with 12-lb weight.
- Biceps curls: 1 set of 15 with 12-lb weights, 2 sets of 15 with 15-lb weights.
My arms feel all rubbery now.
