avramWhy hasn’t Xander gotten a cement mixer and covered up the Hellmouth seal at some point in the last few episode since they closed it up?
Why hasn’t Buffy called up her Initiative buddies and said “Hey, we’ve got this incredibly strong guy who’s working to end the world. I could use some help. Brings lots of things that explode.”
Why is everybody leaving Sunnydale at the beginning of this episode? Clem tells us, in the abstract, that things are bad, but we’ve seen no real evidence of wide-scale badness since Buffy and Andrew closed the seal. Isn’t this the town where — as they told us a few times in the first few seasons — weird evil stuff goes on all the time but most people just don’t notice?
