- Weight: 274. Probably muscle loss rather than fat loss, since I haven’t worked out in a week, and I ate rather a lot over the weekend. Guess I’ll know in a week or two.
- Walked for 35 minutes with 1-lb weights, doing maybe four or five sets of flyes, lifts, overheads at 30 reps each.
- Heartrate tended to stay in high 140s and low 150s, with frequent spikes into high 150s.
