  • Walked for 33 minutes, doing three sets of 50 reps of flyes, lifts, and overheads, with 1-lb weights.
  • Heartrate stayed in 140s for a good long stretch, popping into 150s during exercises, went down into 130s for last several minutes after I decided I lacked the time and energy for a fourth set.
