First set stayed in low-to-mid 40 rpms, up into 50s for peak. Later sets stayed in mid-to-high 40s. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). For big peak, lowered resistance to 6, pumped up to 70 rpms. Sweaty!
Note for tomorrow’s upper-body workout: For back routines, switch to Pulldowns (Wide-Grip and Reverse-Grip). Should be faster, and eliminate the awkwardness of the DB Pullovers. Start with 30 lbs progress up in usual fashion.
