BFL, week 5, day 2: cardio
Aug. 18th, 2003 12:44 pmMy shoulders and neck are achy today. I don’t know if it’s from yesterday’s workout, or just sleeping badly, or some combination.
Weight: 266.5
First set stayed in high 40 to low 50 rpms, up into high 50s for peak. Later sets I was actually slower. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 6 for big peak, pumped up to around 70 rpms. I saw a heart rate around 135 once, and then saw it in 150s shortly after a peak.
