BFL, week 5, day 6: cardio
Aug. 22nd, 2003 04:08 pmAfter a bit over a month on Body For Life, I can see keeping this up as long as necessary. I seem to be losing a consistent pound-and-a-half per week — I was 272 when I started, and 263.5 this morning.
Weight: 263.5
First set stayed in high 40 to low 50 rpms, up into high 50s to low 60s for peak. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Got stitch in my side around the 18th minute, so I cancelled the last big peak, just dialed the resistance down and rode it out at a moderate rpm.
