Weight: 266.5
First set stayed in low to mid 50 rpms, up into high 50s to low 60s for peak. Tended to drop into 40s right after peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to around 70 rpms. Heart rate stayed in 130s and 140s for most of earlier regular sets, got up into 160s for big peak.
