Stayed in low to mid 50 rpms, up into high 50s to low 60s for peak. Tended to drop into 40s right after peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to around 70 rpms, saw heart rate go into 170s.
