Gym, gym, gym, gym. I finally stopped hurting today from Friday’s workout, so it was time to go back and make sure I’ll hurt tomorrow. I’m flipping back and forth between a sense of satisfaction and one of frustration. It takes so fucking long! Well, I was over thirty years building this blob of fat, I should it expect it to take a while to make it go away. But damn....

And I’ve actually gained a couple pounds since I started working out again. Just the muscle coming back, I hope.

This guy’s headdress is based on the abdomen of Eupholus linnei, a species of weevil. The remaining two legs are folded up out of sight, or something.

I don’t feel very inspired today. The manic jag I seem to have been on for the past week or so looks over. I slept a full eight hours last night, and woke up tired.

Crap. Some spammer asshole trying to advertise his web design business is using my email address as a spoofed From header. Now I’m wondering if I’m getting added to spam filters.
