Within one pound of my low point today, so it’s taken me about a week and a half to undo the damage of three weeks’ off the plan. Excellent chance I’ll be down into the high 250s by the end of the month.
Weight: 263
Stayed in high 40s to high 50s rpms, up into low-to-high 60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to high 60s/low 70s, saw heart rate go as high as 186.
