BFL, week 11, day 4: cardio
Oct. 23rd, 2003 01:59 pmTook a bit more willpower then usual to get to the gym today, but I did it. Up half a pound from yesterday; maybe I ate too much yesterday, or maybe it’s muscle gain. Or both. I’m not gonna obsess over one unit of the smallest increment my scale can report.
Weight: 263.5
Seemed tougher today than it did on Tuesday. Stayed in high 40s to low 50s rpms, up into 60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to high 60s/low 70s, saw heart rate go as high as 180.
