BFL, week 12, day 2: cardio
Oct. 30th, 2003 03:00 pmYeah, only my second day of exercise this week; pretty sad. I’m missing the weights, too. I’ll try cardio tomorrow, then back to the normal routine next week.
Weight: 262.5
Stayed in 50s rpms, up into mid-to-high 60s for peaks. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 for big peak, pumped up to 70s, saw heart rate go as high as 181.
It’s getting a bit easier; my rpms are slightly higher than they used to be. Tomorrow I may try upping my resistance to 7-12-17-17.
