fiddling with some neat ideas in the form of
Dogs in the Vineyard, an indie RPG about the early days of the Church of Latter Day Saints. I’m especially intrigued by the way he’s handling religious faith — the GM gets
no say whatsoever in how God feels about the actions of the PCs. Instead, the players get to decide whether their characters have sinned or have clear consciences or whatever, with various different advantages to be gained for each possible state.
