I spotted this headline and first paragraph from Voice of America on Google News at work, but didn’t follow to read the article till now:
I just grumbled to myself. Back at home, I checked CalPundit, and saw this entry quoting CIA chief Tenet talking about intelligence being misconstrued by the administration, and hunted up the above VOA article and read the whole thing. Go do it now. Your task: Find an actual quote from Tenet — not a paraphrase by reporter Deborah Tate — that supports that headline. I couldn’t.
