Twenty more-or-less random songs (I skipped over the instrumentals, and a couple I couldn’t find the lyrics to), identified in HTML comments, so if you get tired of guessing you can just use the magic source-viewing goggles you got for sending in three TITLE tags:

  1. Hey man, what's the plan, what was that you said?
  2. Use your ears to hear
  3. He told me I should sing this song wherever I should roam
  4. Used to be different, now you’re the same
  5. The aquaducts overflown
  6. Mother Mary your children are slaughtered
  7. Ten thousand years I've searched it seems and now
  8. There’s nothing you can find that can not be found
  9. I have one question, maybe three
  10. Do you close your eyes? Do you raise your face?
  11. Here's to Patti, and Tina, and Yoko, Aretha, and Nona, and Nico, and me
  12. Senator Kelly calls me “mutie”; he’ll taste my adamantium
  13. I want to raise my freak flag higher and higher and
  14. You won't forget me, no, no, no, no, no, no
  15. But I don't much like the look of it
  16. The shaking voice that tells him go
  17. How 'bout a mouthful of Chiclets?
  18. To that tenor saxophone calling me home
  19. Don't you care about my pride?

Hm, something strips out the comment tags. Let me try this: <!-- COMMENT -->

#1 is "Teacher", although the melody didn't fall into my head until you wrote "Jethro Tull".

#11 is "Midnight Radio", from Hedwig and the Angry Inch; #12 is "Wolverine's Lament (Theme to the X-Men)" by "Jewel", from Modern Humorist.

So I did. :-|

On the other hand, now that I see them again, #6 is Once Upon a Time in the West by Dire Straits and #19 is also Dire Straits, Where Do You Think You're Going. (okay, so I just happened to play Communique after I answered the first time. But still...)
