Beset by comics

I spent a hour today wandering around Jim Hanley’s Universe, driven by a need for some interesting new comics, broken against the fact that most everything interesting was either too expensive or something I’d already read. (And this on top of a half hour at the Strat browsing games which I didn’t buy either. But holy crap there are a lot of d20 games out there.)

Yesterday I picked up the new issue of Finder. Yes, it has been a while since the last issue of this baby-related story arc, I suspect largely because Ms McNeil has been busy making her own reference material. Also got the collected Dead@17, which has stoked up my I could do better than this fires fit to melt holes in my skull.

I suspect that illustrating a four-issue arc of Queen and Country also cut into Speed's time to do Finder.
