20 min on the elliptical cross-trainer again. This time I increased the resistance to level 5, and spent more time in the low 50s rpm. At 18 min I dropped the resistance and revved up to 70 or so rpm for a minute, then slowed down to the 40s for the last minute. Stomach felt a little achy when I was done, but that might have just been hunger. No idea what my heartrate was; the machine wouldn’t tell me.
