- 1 set of 20 Dumbbell Curls with 12-lb dumbbells.
- 1 set of 20 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses with 12-lb dumbbells.
- 1 set of 20 Triceps Extensions with a 12-lb dumbbell.
My weight hasn’t changed at all over the last four weighings. That’s never happened before; usually there’s some fluctuation. Weird. Maybe my scale’s broken.
I think I screwed up my form on the first five or six triceps extensions. Need to remember to keep my upper arms more or less stationary.
I’m also thinking I’ll continue this workout on Wednesday and Friday, then next week think of something to add in.
