Was just seized by a sudden urge to do some weight-lifting. So, a workout writeup:
Weight: Didn’t check
- 1 set of 10 Dumbbell Curls with 12-lb dumbbells. Did both arms at once.
- 1 set of 10 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses with 12-lb dumbbells. I did these standing up, and my form was off on the first two — I had the dumbbell handles facing forward-to-back, rather than to the sides.
- 1 set of 10 Triceps Extensions with a 12-lb dumbbell. I was leaning back in the chair for the first two, thought to myself that was wrong, and straightened up, but now I see that the guy in the illustration is also leaning back.
