Reading Megatokyo. All of it.

It’s been long enough since I read any of Megatokyo that I decided to just start from the beginning. Working my way through the strips on the site, one by one, didn’t seem like an optimal use of bandwidth and screen real estate, so I knocked together a quick PHP script that shows me the strips ten to a page, without any of the surrounding stuff.

Much better. Now my biggest problem is learning to tell the various female characters apart. (No help from the Characters page.)

re the female characters.

The secret's in the hairstyles, I think --
and a few other things (I suspect the fact that all the Japanese character have two names doesn't help):

Ping always has two ponytails, and dimples.
Kinoko's (Nanasawa) hairstyle looks like Piro's
Miho (Tohya) isn't hard. At all. :)
Hayasaka Erika -looks- more mature. And she's got bangs and a two tails. And her chin comes to a point, which many of the more "childish" faces don't.
Seraphim has wings. This is usually a dead givaway, but for more reference, she also doesn't have fur, and they're bird wings, not bat wings.
And Yuki has darker hair, two very long tails, and a face younger than anyone except for Ping.

I think that's all right. :)
