BFL, week 4, day 6: cardio

Weight: 265
First set stayed in low-to-mid 40 rpms, up into 50s for peak. Resistance pattern: 6-11-16-16. (1 for first two minutes, last minute). Lowered resistance to 11 instead of usual 6 for big peak, pumped up to around 70 rpms. Machine was flakey about showing me my heart rate; I caught it at 164 once, during second quarter of workout, and didn’t see the rate again.
