Breaking the 272 barrier
May. 16th, 2003 02:15 pmJadies and lentilmen, I am now at the lowest weight of my adult life: 271 pounds. (I don’t count the times in summer 2000 when the gym scale said I weighed as little as 270 — that scale turned out to be broken.)
( Lower-body workout numbers )I’m smackin’ myself for not having started this months ago. Well, a month ago, since the weather was too cold for outdoors excercising all winter and well into spring. Actually, I did just finish my third week on Heavyhands, which is most of a month. But it’s just been one week doing both that and the weights, every day.
